Greg was extremely responsive and helpful with any and all questions or comments I had. He helped make what is normally a stressful process feel managable. Unlike most salespeople, he did not make me feel pressured into choosing him and FFBML's services. During my shopping around time, he gave me the space to breathe and digest all of the information I was receiving, instead of putting pressure on me. I could not be happier with the service and experience I received. I feel it to be worth noting that I work for a mortgage company, and yet I still felt it in my best interest to choose Greg and FFBML (the super competitive rates also helped that decision).

When I would call Greg was there to take the call. If not, he would promptly return the call. I was never left waiting indefinitly for a return call. Greg was always professional and knows his business and his products and how to make them fit my goals. It was pleasure working with Greg. Being self employed trying to get mortgage financing is an unpleasant experience. Greg recognized the challenges and met them proactively make this as unpleasant as he could. The attention to the details and his prompt communications concering anything concerning my application throughout the whole process relieved much of the stress associated with this process. We were able to close the loan a week early (one of my goals) and thnakfully closed it with no errors the first time through the paperwork. I attribute this much to Greg's watchful eye and attending to detail over the whol processs.
