We were shopping lenders and about to go with someone local. I told Greg we’d reconsider if he could get us a specific interest rate. I don’t know why I said that because the other lender had convinced us the rates were the rates and nothing to be done. I assumed I’d never hear from Greg. But he came back with the rate we wanted! With no pushy sales pitch! Just a quiet “will this do?” He was knowledgeable and responsive. He explained things clearly. No “lender-speak.” He ran and reran different scenarios for different properties. He answers every question. In the end, we ended up with a very easy and fast approval of a very easy loan with a quick close, a good rate, a lender discount and less cash-to-close than we’d planned for. Our escrow officer said Greg was easy and fast. Our actual closing took 30 minutes because he’d gotten all the docs to the title company early! Greg made this the easiest home purchase I’ve ever made and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Greg was responsive, knowledgable, and patient. He answered all our bazillion questions and reran numbers for us multiple times as we considered different scenarios. We never felt pushed one way or another. we shopped lenders but it became clear Greg would be the easiest to work with, in addition to getting us the best deal by far. Will absolutely recommend him to others.
